Shipping policy

SharedPour does not ship to TX, TN, SC.

At Shared Pour, we want to ensure that you are over the moon about your recent purchase and shopping experience.

In Store orders must be picked up within 14 days of ordering. 

SharedPour is not associated with similarly named domains RarePours, LuxPours, etc. 

All orders shipped require an adult signature for a delivery to be completed. An adult must be present to sign. We can not, and will not, waive the signature requirement of shipping that ensures an adult is present to receive an order. Order notes made with an order cannot request signature requirements be waved. 

Blanton's bottles are prone to leakage and slight cosmetic cracks to the wax. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements to cracked wax affected Blanton's, however we are happy to review all individual Blanton's issues to see if there is anything that can be done. Orders containing Blanton's may take an additional 48-72 hours to ship to ensure proper packaging. 

Bottles with cosmetic wax may arrive with cracks due to wax choice of the manufacturer, we take every precaution to ship bottles with wax as best as possible including wrapping bottles in plastic before packing. 

Shared Pour ships using legally licensed carriers in the United States. Our carriers are required to verify your age on delivery. Our carriers will make three attempts to deliver, and after 3 failed attempts to deliver, your package will be returned to us at your cost. We can re-issue your order for a fee of $36.99 ($15 return to sender fee, $21.99 re-ship fee.). If a product is returned and not re-shipped, you will be refunded the cost of the item, less shipping charge. 

Our team aims to ship all packages within 72 hours after purchase. In the case of items with display boxes, misshapen bottles, excessive size or uniquely ornamental design, additional packaging time may be required. Packages typically arrive 3-5 business days after they are picked up by a shipping partner. Fulfillment time during November, December and January is typically 3-5 days.

Our service and fulfillment team work 9-5pm Eastern, Monday - Friday. If you reach out for help with your order outside of these times, your request will be answered as quickly as possible once working hours resume.
