  • T8KE's Tasting Notes: Lovely round nose, full of red berries, cherry, cola, big spice and a touch of oak with creamy vanilla sweetness, a touch of cola and loads of brown sugar. The palate is moderate: not too oaky, not too sweet, and full and viscous at 108 proof and change. This drinks spot on with the proof and makes for a lovely evening sipper without blowing the proof out. Long oak driven finish with more red berries, cola, cherry and a hint of cinnamon to go with plentiful oak and spice.
