T8KE's Tasting Notes: It’s a big whiskey through and through, complex yet crushable, decadent yet approachable. The nose is full of maple, waffle cone, light ginger, pleasant cinnamon and lovely combo of sweet oak, a touch of tannin and big desserts. Palate is creamy, coating, rich and brings maple and pancake syrup, salt water taffy, praline and waffle cone with rich molasses. Long finish, decadent and dessert forward, there’s oak but not aggressive dry oak.
