- T8KE's Tasting Notes: OBSQ is such a favorite of mine - it's rich, lightly floral, full of caramels and classic bourbon chararcter, big pepper and lots of oak. At well over 10 years old, there's gobs of oak on the palate, it's bold and layered and sticky, chewy, packed with blackberry, caramels, jam, big oak, a hint of pepper and lovely floral orange and sweet berries. Long finish, powerful, some tobacco creeps in with bold oak again. Gorgeous.
