- T8KE's Tasting Notes: The fruit rides with more dark fruit: blueberry, blackberry, peaches to pair with brown sugar, that same cream soda character and lovely nougat, caramels and pipe tobacco. The palate is fat and rich, drinks under proof but has this viscosity and roundness along with plenty of oak. Long finish, heavy and dense with a great combo of oak, plentiful fruits and just enough sweetness and cream soda to hang and hold.
