  • T8KE's Tasting Notes: Rich caramel candies and buttercream, toffee and a hint of barrel char. Big baking spice and cinnamon, plentiful oak, creamy vanilla and butterscotch / caramel candies. Waffle cone sweetness, a bit of drying tannin. Long finish, heavy on the caramel sweetness with a faint touch of apple butter. Little oaky for a gold rush, spot on for an old fashioned.
