- T8KE's Tasting Notes: Years ago I did a Jack Daniel's called Tha Funky One that was like drinking a mocha espresso sort of drink in a glass and this is a stern follow up: creme brulee meets rich cocoa, rich oak, pound cake, a touch of banana bread, rich cinnamon and lovely char and sweetness throughout. It's big, it's a lil' funky, and it's rich and sticky toffee pudding in the best way.
