Nose: Luxardo cherries, fruitcake soaked in sweet grape wine, figs, maple syrup, molasses, and cocoa.
Palate: Chocolate covered cherries explode off the palate immediately, dates and figs come through on the middle of the palate with lightly bitter mocha oak and maple syrup coating the tongue.
Finish: Bittersweet chocolate, raisins and dates.
