- T8ke's Tasting Notes: Big and rich on the nose, honey pops up first with lovely oak, big black pepper, drizzled butterscotch and more clover honey. It's a sweet nose. The palate rounds out with more oak, the proof balancing and bringing plenty of baking spice: nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper, ginger, tobacco alongside honey, classic bourbon vanilla and caramel. Moderate finish, more pepper and honey, cinnamon, less oak here than the palate with a long, tobacco outro.
