- T8ke's Tasting Notes: Huge nose with tons of toffee, like the smell when you walk by a toffee caramel popcorn vendor: big sweet dessert and caramelized sugar notes, honey, rich spice and cinnamon, brown butter. The palate is viscous and oak forward - packed full with dessert and sweet character: more cinnamon here, strong oak, lovely caramels and caramelized sugar. A development here is rich custard-y vanilla, a little pepper. Long finish, back to its caramel popcorn roots and it's oh so pronounced.
