- T8KE's Tasting Notes: Boisterous rye spice pops on the nose with black pepper, ginger, spice and a hint of dilly/grassiness. Big oak, lovely praline and a hint of brown butter and caramelized sugar. The palate is sweet and dense, tons of toffee, rye spice, cracked pepper, some cinnamon, a touch of herbal rye, big caramel candies and more oak here as well. The finish is long, sugar and spice driven with maple, toffee, tobacco, cinnamon and a final crackle of rye spice.
